We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with fantastic facilities, including an elaborate shower and massage unit. The location was peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. The homemade breakfast was also delicious. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

The hotel had an ideal location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms were very clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome during our stay. the food offered at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and affordable, with plenty of options to choose from.

The breakfast left something to be desired as it was very basic and lacked variety. , the pool area could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, and there was no elevator available, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room.

We stayed at this place for a short getaway and ended up extending our stay for 10 days! The location was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The staff, especially Mrs. Christina, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were super nice, kind, and always willing to help. We were impressed by the delicious homemade breakfast that was offered. It was a great way to start our mornings. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the most amazing shower/sauna/massage units we've ever seen! We felt like we were in a spa every time we used them.

Travel instructions ought to include a section for those approaching from the south.

The staff were very welcoming and really wanted to make sure that we had the best possible stay. They suggested activities for us to do during our stay and booked them before our arrival so that everything was done for us when we arrived and we could just relax and enjoy our stay. The room and terrace were spacious and the pool was great. The restaurant next to the hotel served wonderful food in a beautifully rustic and romantic setting.

Our room had a comfortable bed and a large window that offered a nice view of the surroundings. We also liked the fact that there was a restaurant nearby for convenience.

This is a great hotel with lovely staff and fantastic food. It is in the heart of the Tuscan countryside - with stunning views all around it. There's a pool, and really nice rooms. We ate at the attached Trattoria, and the food was outstanding (not what you would necessarily expect from a restaurant in the middle of the countryside!). The hotel staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. This is a real find! I would highly recommend it.

Restaurant does good food. Breakfast is ok. There was a bit of a problem at our checkin but the owner / manager then tried really hard to make us feel welcome, even after we probably annoyed them a little bit! The rooms had the most elaborate shower / sauna / massage units I've ever seen! Room was very clean (apart from the hole in the roof....)

The area around the pool / gardens could do with some work. The place is so close to being pretty but just needs a little work. There was a hole about 1m square in the roof of our bedroom which opened directly into the attic. Maybe more of a "base" sort of place as opposed to somewhere you'd spend your full days. Other guests seemed to be coming / going more than us. We were looking for somewhere to relax for a day or two
